The winemaking adheres to gravity principles, featuring a brief press duration of just 90 minutes and a subtle static settlement. Afterward, the wine matures for a period of 8 to 10 months, primarily in small stainless steel containers, with 10% undergoing barrel aging. SERVING TEMPERATURE_ Ideal at temperatures ranging from 6°C to 10°C.
